Like a sun illuminating Paris, the golden glaze adorned with finely crafted chocolate rays conceals a vanilla almond praline, a ganache, and a Madagascar vanilla mousse on a crispy base. Offered in an extremely limited series of 125 logs, this exceptional creation promises sublime flavors, ranging from airy lightness to smooth richness and subtle crunchiness.
At Ritz Paris Le Comptoir, François Perret presents a Christmas log adorned with intertwined madeleines, a nod to his favorite pastry, and the iconic Marcel Proust, a figure synonymous with the Ritz Paris. Available in two variations, the “all-chocolate” version features a gluten-free chocolate biscuit with praline chocolate chunks, chocolate cream, and cocoa whipped cream. Last winter, the Parisian palace revealed its ephemeral Christmas chalet with a champagne pop-up store. This summer, the Ritz hosted exclusive open-air cinema sessions in its gardens. Now, as the festive season approaches, the splendid palace aims to captivate Parisians once again.
The FREE carousel for the holiday season has arrived, spreading the magic of Christmas throughout Paris. From enchanting department store Christmas displays to mesmerizing ice rinks, free Christmas activities, and dreamy light displays, the magic is truly in the air. As part of the 125th-anniversary celebrations, the Ritz Paris has prepared delightful surprises.
One such surprise is the installation of a blue and gold carousel. The best part? The merry-go-round ride is complimentary! Adorned in the colors of the hotel – blue, white, and gold – this custom-made carousel offers free rides to little dreamers accompanied by their parents.
Next to the carousel, a wooden Christmas chalet fulfills all sweet cravings. Chef François Perret’s winter creations, such as the “White Christmas Tree” and the crispy praline-pecan delight, are featured on the menu. Of course, François Perret’s signature hot chocolate, made from 70% Panama chocolate with incomparable creaminess, will also be available. As is customary, Ritz-signed gifts will be on sale in the Christmas chalet, including the “groom” blue teddy bear, the hotel’s mascot, the limited edition Ritz Paris notebook adorned with a golden sun, and the 100% made-in-France golden leather clutch.
