The GCC General Secretariat has also expressed enthusiasm by signing an agreement to play a prominent role in the event. Dr. Al Subaie emphasized the significance of their involvement, citing their contribution to promoting sustainability, tree plantation, and green initiatives, as reported by The Peninsula.

Under this agreement, the GCC will showcase its efforts through a grand pavilion named ‘Towards A Green Gulf… For A Sustainable Environment.’ This elegant installation will highlight collaborative endeavors, plans, and strategies focused on the environmental and agricultural sectors.

The GCC Secretary-General, Jassim Mohammed Al Budaiwi, shared that the pavilion will present initiatives addressing climate change, combating desertification, enhancing vegetation cover, ensuring food security, and supporting small and medium enterprises. This remarkable showcase will demonstrate the collective commitment of the GCC countries to tackle crucial global challenges.
