Zinedine Zidane, despite the end of his career at Real Madrid, still maintains a strong connection to the city, where he owns a magnificent villa. Since stepping down from his coaching duties in the spring of 2021, Zidane has been dividing his time between the Spanish capital and Bouches-du-Rhône, frequently visiting his Z5 center in Aix-en-Provence, especially for padel games.

The Marseille native has not forgotten Madrid, where he moved nearly 25 years ago. In the summer of 2021, after a five-year stint at Juventus, he accepted the invitation from Florentino Perez, who aimed to create a “Galacticos” team. To secure Zidane, the club president spent around 75 million euros, making him the most expensive footballer in history at that time.

Two years after his arrival in Madrid, Zidane and his wife decided to build a spacious home of over 1,000 square meters in the northeast part of the city, not far from the airport. The project was designed by architect Joaquin Torres and pays homage to the famous Parisian hotel Georges V.

The villa, which spans two levels, offers all modern amenities, including a large swimming pool, a gym, and a mini-football field. Additionally, the property is surrounded by a vast garden designed by renowned landscaper Joan Porcar.

According to Spanish media, the Zidane villa, where their four sons—Enzo, Luca, Theo, and Elyaz—grew up, is currently valued at approximately 7 million euros.
