The Monaco Yacht Show recently held the Blue Wake™ Awards 2025 ceremony during its Grand Opening at the Le Méridien Beach Plaza hotel.
The event attracted around 400 attendees, including Monaco officials, exhibitors from the Blue Wake program, prominent sponsors, private clients, and notable figures from the yachting sector.
Five prestigious awards were presented to four companies and one yacht showcased at the exhibition, recognizing their outstanding contributions to developing sustainable and high-impact solutions in the superyacht industry. These initiatives highlight significant advancements in yacht design, engineering, and onboard services.
Established with the support of the Water Revolution Foundation, the Blue Wake Awards are a vital part of the Blue Wake program, which underscores MYS’s dedication to promoting environmental responsibility in the yachting industry.
The selection of nominees followed a rigorous process overseen by the Water Revolution Foundation. Each submission was assessed based on four environmental criteria, with data verification and, where applicable, third-party validation. Solutions that met the criteria were shortlisted, and the final winners were determined by a jury, ensuring that only credible and impactful innovations in sustainability received recognition.
